Food supplement. The granular, slow-acting melatonin in GOOD REM SLEEP CAPS <\/strong>is slowly absorbed by the body and helps to relieve the sensations associated with the disruption of circadian rhythms (the beneficial effects are achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg on the first day of the trip shortly before bedtime and during the first few days after arrival at the destination). Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep (beneficial effects are achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid involved in the synthesis of melatonin and serotonin. Sleep vitania contributes to the body’s resistance to stress, promotes emotional balance and general well-being, and has a tonic effect. Sleep vitality can help to maintain physical and mental strength in cases of weakness, exhaustion, fatigue and loss of concentration. <\/p>\n
