On a low-energy diet, glucomannan promotes weight loss¹and helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels². Vitamin C helps maintain normal immune function, helps reduce fatigue and malaise, and promotes cellular protection against oxidative stress. Celery seed hulls help maintain normal bowel function, improve digestion and reduce blood lipids and cholesterol.

Ingredients: powdered seed husks of Plantago ovata, glucomannan or Konjac mannan (Amorphophallus konjac), inulin, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
Directions for use: take orally, adding to water, juice or yoghurt before or during a main meal, with 1-2 glasses of water to avoid the risk of choking and to ensure that the active ingredients reach the stomach.
Children aged 6-12 years, 1 teaspoon (5 g) once a day
For weight loss from 12 years and adults, 1 teaspoon (5 g) 2 times a day
For adults, 1 teaspoon (5 g) 3 times daily to maintain cholesterol levels
