Magnesium bisglycinate is the form of magnesium that provides the fastest absorption of magnesium, reaching the highest concentration in the blood (up to 85% of the magnesium intake) compared to other forms of magnesium.
Vitamin B6 is added to further enhance the absorption and effects of magnesium.
The only form of magnesium that does not cause gastrointestinal discomfort and is therefore very well tolerated.

LOTOS PREMIUM Magnesium Quick Absorption contains magnesium and vitamin B6 to help reduce fatigue and tiredness, promote normal nervous system function and help ensure normal energy metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

The product is manufactured under the Lotos Pharma GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality system. Free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), lactose, gluten and other allergens. Also for vegans.

Ingredients: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (bulking agent), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colouring).

Direction for use: 1 capsule per day orally for adults is recommended. Duration of use 3 months, can be repeated.

Warnings: hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients; during pregnancy and breastfeeding – after consultation with a doctor or pharmacist; do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet; do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of the sight and reach of children!
