Ingredients: Fibrex (fibre), oregano plant dry extract 4:1, L-tryptophan, gelatine (capsule shell), standardised griffonia seed extract 12:1 (contains 98% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).
Direction for use: 1 capsule taken orally once a day or after consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
Restrictions of use: hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients; during pregnancy and breastfeeding – after consulting a doctor.
