Ingredients: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (bulking agent), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colouring).
Direction for use: 1 capsule per day orally for adults is recommended. Duration of use 3 months, can be repeated.
