Food supplement. The melatonin in LOTOS PREMIUM Liposomal Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep1 and relieve the sensations associated with disturbances in circadian rhythms2.
1 The beneficial effects are achieved by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
2 The beneficial effects are achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of the trip, shortly before bedtime and during the first few days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients: inulin (fibre), liposomal melatonin (stabiliser acacia gum, humectant glycerol, emulsifier sunflower lecithins, melatonin, antioxidant alpha-tocopherol), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (bulking agent), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (colouring agent in capsule shell).
Direction for use: 1 capsule is recommended for oral use in adults, once a day, 20 minutes before bedtime.
Warnings: hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients; not recommended during pregnancy and lactation; do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet; recommended from 18 years of age; do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of the sight and reach of children!
