Ingredients: KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (Withania somnifera) root dry extract 10:1 (5% vitanolides), inulin (fibre), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colouring).
Direction for use: 1 capsule per day before or during meals is recommended for oral use in adults. Duration of use 1 month, may be repeated.
