Ingredients: hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides.
Direction for use: recommended oral use for adults 1 portion (1 tablespoon, equivalent to 10 g powder) mixed and dissolved in 200-250 ml glass of water. Take 1 serving daily. Duration of course 2 months. The course can be repeated if necessary.
