Ingredients: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (bulking agent), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colouring).
Direction for use: oral use is recommended for children from 6 years of age and adults, 1 capsule per day. Duration of use 3 months, may be repeated.
Warnings: hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients; do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet; do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of the sight and reach of children!
