What is the effect of AteroLip® complex caps?

AteroLip® complex caps help maintain normal cholesterol level, as the turmeric extract helps maintain normal blood cholesterol level, the functioning of the cardiovascular system, as well as normalize liver lipids. Choline helps ensure normal lipid and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 promotes the normal formation of red blood cells and helps ensure the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Niacin and vitamin B12 help ensure normal energy metabolism. The olive leaf extract contains 20% hydroxytyrosol, which is a polyphenol.

What active substances do AteroLip® complex caps contain?

Monacolin K obtained from red yeast rice, policosanol obtained from sugar cane, curcumin obtained from turmeric extract, hydroxytyrosol obtained from olive leaf extract, which is a valuable polyphenol, as well as valuable choline, niacin or vitamin B3 and vitamin B12.

Why is it called “AteroLip® complex caps”?

 

The name AteroLip is derived from the words atherosclerosis and lipid metabolism. Complex has been developed as it contains several valuable active substances, the synergy of which improves cardiovascular health.

Atherosclerosis (Greek: athērē — ‘porridge’ + sclerosis) is one of the most common chronic vascular diseases. It results in the deposition of fat-like substances, mainly cholesterol, on the vascular walls. Over time, atherosclerosis leads to vascular deformation and narrowing until complete closure. It causes very dangerous diseases, such as thrombosis, myocardial infarction, stroke.

It is recommended to take AteroLip® complex caps under doctor supervision to monitor changes in cholesterol.

 

Does food affect the absorption of AteroLip® complex caps?

Food does not affect the absorption of AteroLip® complex caps, but we recommend to take AteroLip complex caps with a glass of water after a meal to avoid gastrointestinal irritation.

 

What are the normal cholesterol levels?

According to the European Association of Cardiology, the lipid fractions should be as follows:

• Total cholesterol < 5mmol/l
• LDL or ‘bad’ cholesterol < 3 mmol/l
• Triglycerides < 2 mmol/l
• HDL or ‘good’ cholesterol > 1.0 mmol/l

However, remember that these figures may differ for different target groups.

 

What are the consequences of high cholesterol?

How to store AteroLip® complex caps correctly?

AteroLip® complex caps are recommended to be stored at room temperature up to  +25°C in a dry place in a tightly closed container.
