Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) 13,71 g , oat beta-glucan (Avena Sativa L.) 4,29 g, citric acid (acidity regulator).
Usage
Usage: recommended to use internally 1 sachet up to 3 times per day, 15-20 minutes before meal. Can be added to water, juice or yoghurt.
Restrictions on use: hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the components of the product; during pregnancy and breastfeeding – after consultation with a doctor or pharmacist; do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet; do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of the reach and sight of children!
