Magnesium oxide, great plantain (Plantago major) leaf dry extract 4:1, blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) bud dry extract 4:1, gelatin (capsule shell), silk poppy (Papaver rhoeas) flower dry extract 4:1, cinnamon (Cinnamon zeylanicum) bark dry extract 4:1, zinc oxide, fatty acid magnesium salts (anticaking agent), ferrous oxides and titanium dioxide (colourants).
Usage: for adults recommended to use internally 1 capsules twice per day.
Usage restrictions: high sensitivity (allergy) towards some of the product ingredients; pregnancy and lactation period – after consultation with a physician.
Warnings: do not use food supplement as the substitute of balanced and valuable nutrition; do not exceed recommended daily dosage; recommended from the age of 18; keep out of reach and sight of children!
